How to Access Sponsored Care
Step 1: Apply for sponsorship by completing the Mental Health Care Application. Provide details about your mental health challenges and the type of care you are seeking.
Step 2: Once approved, you will be matched with an approved mental health provider specializing in the treatment you need.
Step 3: Begin your journey with professional care, supported by our sponsorship program, and receive ongoing assistance from Blake’s Tinman Foundation.
-Sponsored Mental Healthcare Services Applications are paused until January 2025. Since 9/15/24, we have issued 30 grants and are in the process of reviewing them. We limit our processing to 30 applications per quarter to ensure we can provide the best support, both in terms of time and resources.
