Board of Directors
-
Gatlin Fenwick - Founder & Chairman
I have the privilege of leading the Tinman board. My focus is on amplifying the positive impact that began after I lost my son, Blake, to hidden depression. This work is both personal and purposeful for me, as I’m dedicated to creating meaningful support for those struggling with mental health challenges, ensuring that no one has to face their journey alone.
-
BJ Ganem - Director of Public Relations
I am the Founder and President of the Board for Sierra Delta, a national non profit helping veterans with dog training and personal development. My consulting firm, Ganem Consulting, does consultancy on contract for other organizations, agencies, and companies some of which can be non profits.
-
Carla Haubenschild - Secretary & Treasurer
I am a financial planner with Northwestern Mutual and someone deeply passionate about mental health and helping others. I serve as Treasurer on the board of directors at Fort Healthcare and as Secretary on the board for the Rotary Club of Fort Atkinson. In each role, I’m committed to making a positive impact in my community by supporting both financial well-being and mental health resources for those who need them most.
-
MaCall Tourdot - Partnership Relations
I earned my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University and see therapy as a collaborative journey. My goal is to help clients deepen self-awareness, discover new perspectives, and build on their personal strengths to create a more fulfilling, positive life. I’m dedicated to fostering a judgment-free environment where individuals feel safe to explore their true selves with courage.
-
Taren Lehman - Director of Marketing
As the founder of Freedom Marketing Management, I bring a dedicated approach to brand growth and vision. Since August 2022, I have also been part of Reedsburg Country Club, recently stepping into the role of Director of Marketing & Sales.
My passion for mental health and healing drives me to create spaces where others can transform into their best selves. As a mom of five and a wife, I prioritize mental well-being for my family and aim to inspire them to do the same. My involvement with Blake’s Tinman Foundation has deepened this commitment, allowing me to share the importance of mental health with others beyond my home.
-
Khrystyna Goodman - Local Ambassador
I am deeply committed to the mission of this organization. As a Holistic Health Coach, Mindfulness Teacher, and Ayurveda student, I work to build a community of individuals striving for emotional intelligence, self-mastery, and overall well-being. Alongside my roles as a mom of three, a wife, and a homesteader, I’m passionate about creating spaces where people can grow, heal, and thrive together.
