PARTNER NOTES

  • When a person is sponsored for your service, we will notify you and the person (via email) to confirm our commitment. This is the only method we will use to confirm a sponsored service.

  • Providers reserve the right to refuse service to a person who is sponsored by Blake’s Tinman.

  • We ask (but do not require) our Providers to perform the service at a predetermined discount which is identified by you in this application.

  • Upon Blake’s Tinman referral to a provider, it is the Provider’s responsibility to schedule the service with the person being sponsored by Blake’s Tinman, and the Provider’s responsibility to send an invoice to Blake’s Tinman which states the date(s) and time(s) of service performed, the normal cost and the billed cost.

  • If your rules prohibit you from sending Blake’s Tinman an invoice, then you must advise your client (the person being sponsored by Blake’s Tinman) to email the invoice to blakestinman@gmail.com which will then get you paid, or mail it to S2720 County Road V, Reedsburg, WI 53959.

  • Payment for the sponsored service is made directly to the Provider upon receipt of the service.

  • Sponsorships are only made for services performed by an approved Provider.
